We offer a range of visit lengths and packages to fit varied care needs and budgets. Every rate below is all-inclusive of the carer’s travel time, equipment costs, and basic administrative support:

  • Weekend Visits: We never charge extra for weekends; you pay the same rate as a standard weekday.

  • Bank Holiday Visits: We charge at 1.5 of standard rate.
  • Double-Carer (Two-Person) Visits: Some care tasks—such as two-person transfers—require two carers. In these instances, each carer is billed at the standard rate above, ensuring full coverage of their time and expertise.

 

Specialized & Long-Term Packages

For clients with more intensive needs, our packaged services deliver consistent support at competitive weekly or hourly rates:

  • Live-In Care: £1,150 per week
    A dedicated, fully qualified carer lives in your home, providing round-the-clock assistance—from personal care to meal preparation and companionship. We include one hour of guaranteed break time for the carer each day, at just £18 extra per day.

  • 24-Hour Long Hours Package: £17.00 per hour
    Ideal for clients who require full-day coverage but not necessarily live-in presence. You can mix and match daytime, evening, and night-time hours to build the perfect support schedule.

 

No-Fee Initial Assessment

Choosing the right level of care starts with understanding your loved one’s unique needs. That’s why our initial assessment is completely free:

  1. Consultation Call: You reach out by phone, email, or our online form.

  2. Home Visit: We send a senior care coordinator to your home—at no cost—to learn about medical requirements, daily routines, personal preferences, and long-term goals.

  3. Custom Care Plan: Based on this visit, we draft a personalized support plan, detailing recommended visit lengths, preferred carer profiles, and any specialized services (e.g., dementia support, continence care).

Your bespoke care plan will include a full cost breakdown—right down to the penny—so there’s no guesswork. Only when you’re completely comfortable do we match you with one of our well-trained carers and schedule your first visits.
